The level of knowledge and awareness the Indonesian people towards preventive efforts various diseases related to oral cavity teeth has not been optimal. importance role self-effort in optimizing hygiene inhibiting growth types harmful bacteria that can lead plaque formation, dental caries, causes gingivitis, periodontitis, such as: bacterial species Streptococcus mutans Porphyromonas gingivalis. combination green tea, cloves, cinnamon bark, mint leaves containing secondary metabolites from sterols, tannins, phenols, saponins, flavonoids groups traditionally used as antibacterial, anti-plaque anti-aviation. purpose this community service activity is improve understanding health prevention infections teeth, well assistance training skills making herbal mouthwash with simple formulations for Posbindu partners. This was attended by lecturers students D-3 Pharmacy Study Program, Department Pharmacy, Poltekkes Kemenkes Bandung. Changes partners were evaluated giving pre-test post-test questions. In results evaluation skills, there an increase total score 1 st session 20.41% 67.35% 87.76% (14 achieved, initially only 7 exceeded minimum limit 60.00%; N=14). Meanwhile, second partners, increased 28.57% 63.64% (pre-test) 92.21% (post-test) number who 11 results. previous test 5 (N=11). Thus, better knowledge, attitudes, processing ingredients into products, it will create degree community. Keywords: Cloves, tea leaves, mouthwash.
